Not my first experience in Sharm, and I must say this was the best !! Francuzzo and his staff are number one, always available to the customer. The village is very beautiful, it has a nice view, many swimming pools (one also heated), the SPA center is very nice and relaxing, the beach has many beds both on the sand and on the lawn; you have access to the sea either from the dock that takes you directly to the coral reef, both from the shore to the beach. the rooms are clean and well kept, the sink water is clear and not yellow like many other resorts I have stayed. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they never ask for anything in return (as they usually do), you have absolute freedom to leave the tip or not. For the first time I ate well at an international restaurant and I assure you that it is rare for my tastes! even the restaurant "La Casa" is great, I highly recommend the Sorrentina potato gnocchi. Thanks to Francuzzo we've also had some beautiful excursions, with friendly and smiling guides, who also spoke Italian. Furthermore, if you want to visit Sharm, they always have a driver available to take you wherever you want, when you want, for a few euros. We will definitely be back :))
What can I say; Charm is a magic land, the colors, the perfumes, the courtesy of the people and then there is Francuzzo who makes you feel at home with his professionalism and availability. The village is really beautiful and quiet, for those who want to spend a real relaxing week. At the main restaurant a lot of choice and very kind staff then two other restaurants, the house with Italian cuisine and Italian chef with two dinners included, the calamari very nice restaurant and fish menu. Spacious beach with a beach bar just a few steps away and a very comfortable dock,super efficient lifeguards and ready for any need. Three swimming pools to choose from including a heated gym,spa, two new stores of oil, perfume and leather goods and always a good ITALIAN coffee ready!!!! I will finish as I started, what can I say.... everything is amazingly perfect!!!!! Thank you Frenchman and thank you Francino!!!! �
